Hello, hello! I thought that idea was interesting with the conversation prior to the marriage if you would like to explore that or fast forward to a mission or them meeting in secret. It's been a long morning over here.

But yes! Let's try the conversations right after Geonosis and before their marriage. I can get that set up on this journal (I don't have a musebox though I've been thinking of making one, but that's not relevant right now)

For the Star Wars: The Clone Wars cartoon, here's the IMDB page about it to start off your research. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0458290/?ref_=sr_1

And this is the movie of the same name (because you know, confusion is in vogue) http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1185834/?ref_=sr_2 The movie starts off the series.

And if you're interested in some of the novels from the Clone Wars period I have ... i think five of them (I might have more...) in PDF form. And as soon as I figure out how to put them on gdocs I can share them with you if you have gdoc account.

Padme has some great episodes in the cartoon, and some great scenes in the book - Wild Space is the book where you learn Obi-Wan went to Padme right after Geonosis and told her to break things off with Anakin, and where Padme lied to Obi-Wan to cover up hers and Anakin's relationship.

(And the wikias for SW is bursting with all the information from the novels and the cartoon. A handy resource that is I may almost always have a tab open from that site)

But yes! If you like the discussion just after Geonosis, before they are married I can get something going here very quickly.

I've been surfing around Netflix and see that they have the Clone Wars cartoon! I've put it in the queue and will be watching it.

I've been rewatching the series - supposedly there's a sixth seasons the makers plan to release all at once (Start of the fifth season the show had been signed on for a sixths... and then Disney staged their hostile take over of Star Wars. But the cartoon was contracted with The Cartoon Network, which is NOT Disney :( and they couldn't work out a deal for the sixth seasons. BUT they already had the episodes done because when it was made known there wouldn't be a 6th season, the show had to quickly sub in the series finale - so all the promos for the 5th season show these awesome episodes... that were never aired >.> ... Anyways, long explanation there for ya. The series finale, by the way, is phenomenal.)

It may take me a day to figure out how to do this thing with gdoc, because me and technology usually don't have a stellar relationship. But I'm determined to figure it out.

I'm watching the first episode now. I think I've seen a episode or 2 of Clone Wars before so it's nice to see it from the beginning and how it all fits.

That's a bummer about not getting the 6th season. Maybe they'll release it in DVD format sometime?

No worries! I like to be overly ask-y with my questions, just so I know and not assume anything with my line partners... which has its benefits because then I know, right? But then I bet it comes off kind of annoying after a while!

One thing to keep in mind about the series - it doesn't always go in chronological order! I know!!! It's kind of frustrating. And the Movie does start before the first ep of season 1. George Lucas just doesn't like going in order >.>

Thank goodness someone was willing to put all the information in order on the wikias! Or I'd be lost.

And you should get a plurk not that I'm trying to be pushy, or anything >.> it's ridiculously fun.

I don't mind overly asking questions as it's good to be on the same page as things at least I've come to find.

Okay - so - I'm not sure where to take my tag because Anakin's just going to stay out on the balcony until retrieved. That's one thing about him that I always incorporated into the way I play him - he absolutely respects Padme's decisions about their relationship and if she chooses something like this - no relationship - he'll accept it and then not bring it up again until she does. (Like he did in Ep II.)

From where he's standing he can sense that she is upset, but he's going to keep that respectful distance. But that means all my tag will be is him just standing on the balcony.

That's fine. Let me go ahead and edit my tag because an idea just occurred to me. She's upset so she'll make some tea and offer him some then try and engage him in conversation again.

Two things to give you a heads up about.

1. I woke up yesterday morning with a stomach bug that made existing generally impossible. I'm recovering, but my brain is batty, to say the least. Sorry for not telling you sooner, but I was beat the last two days. :(

2. Someone held Padmé at ToS, where I was looking to have the line filled. I don’t know if that means you want to abandon this PSL or not. Let me know.

One quick question!

Just for clarification are you wanting to go AU with our thread here?

Because in the books, when Obi-Wan confronts Padme, and tells her to break off things with Anakin, she only lies to Obi-Wan. Telling him she would break if off with every intention of not breaking off and getting married instead.

I'm cool with doing AU, but I thought I'd just check first.

I'm going to go with AU. I implied that she had the conversation with Obi-Wan and had every intention of breaking it however, what transpires with Anakin will change her mind. Not that she was going to go through with it in the first place. Sorry if I wasn't clear. :(
